Sake × Italian cuisine
KOTOBUKI
A half-century-old wooden house left in an obscure corner of city center was reborn as a Sake dining restaurant. On the first floor, there is a counter kitchen which is broad like a stage and one shō bottle labels are bright on it. On the second floor, we made much account of flexibility as a hall space. We directed the external appearance that has some depth by leading the gaze from the street to an attic space through an opening part strictly calculated about the height.
