We focused on a design by subtraction as for the renewal of this restaurant in order to see good points of the existing equipment through and reorganize its space to an impressive one. We took a rebranding by proposing collaborative management with the owner of Ishokuya KOTOBUKI, which charms Sake to wide range of age customer stratum, in respect of management. This building is related deeply with us personally, and we devoted ourselves to the regeneration and continuation not to cease the container of our memories.
