The second branch of CITADEL, a Fukuoka-based bar known for its original cocktails made with house-made liqueurs, has opened in Bangkok.
Set against a backbar inspired by traditional Japanese pleasure quarters, the space seamlessly connects a cocktail counter, DJ booth, and “cocktail cockpit,” exploring the fusion of cultures through mixology. In the back, a dedicated liqueur lab continues the experimental spirit that began in Fukuoka in 2017—now entering a bold new phase on the international stage.
